Life’s challenges offer opportunities to look beyond mainstream
thinking of what is “normal.” It takes evolved intelligence to assume
responsibilities for these past trials and tribulations. As we unravel our
past experiences, it can provide us with an opportunity to reweave the
patterns of our lives to become far more enlightened. Instead of going within
ourselves to find answers, most people seek confirmation outsides of their own
selves, i.e. most religions. Seeking to lean on a person or belief system
outside is simply avoidance of personal responsibility. Have you lived in
different physical bodies in different eras - or is it genetic memory from
your ancestors? Does it matter? (Four fifths of the world accepts
reincarnation.) If you dig down into the subconscious, you will be amazed at
what is there and how it affects your present life circumstances. Look to find
your ultimate power and enhance it by nurturing your
spiritual evolution.
Religions speak of “unconditional love,” but have you ever seen
anyone in or out of a church that can truly express unconditional love? This
is a journey toward the ultimate union with what we call God - Universal Mind
- the name is unimportant - it just IS the power of the Universe. I have yet
to find a human being that can be capable of true unconditional love.
BALANCE was foremost in early Native Americans and others
around the world. It has always been a balance between the human and nature.
It is difficult to accept that the past, present and future are all one and
the same. Everything that ever was, is. It takes faith to think that every
word ever uttered is out there swirling in that unending energy, just as we,
when leaving the physical body, return to that ever- present energy. In that
in-between life, with help, we analyze our journey, recalculating what
opportunities are needed to move forward again in the flesh body. We then
return to Earth to continue working out our emotional threads - those threads
that hold us to the physical body. We can “let go” of all ties but it is not
an easy path to “fly” alone! Most of us refuse to totally let go of our
emotional ties.
What is referred to as the “New Age” is not a religion, not a
particular group, not a specific belief. It is difficult to grasp, since there
is no structure, no rules, and no doctrine. Those who are attracted to New
Age thought have sometimes been called the "church of what's happening now," a
comical critique. If anything, perhaps a philosophy of finding your center,
your balance, listening to your inner voice, attempting to live in the moment,
moment to moment. It is a philosophy of letting go, thus, accepting, exploring
past events to bring them into consciousness light to reverse any negative
reactions in the past. Our greatest gift as human beings is FREE WILL. You
can remain stuck in the past or clinging to religious beliefs of limitations
that make you dependent rather than independent. We set the course for the
challenges in each lifetime to give us the opportunity to review, revoke,
relive to be free of past conditions, just as our youthful conditionings by
parents and others often limits us if we choose remain in them. (Free Will
equals CHOICES!) As for one that is drawn to the “New Age” thinking, one would
not join a cult whether it may be an established “religion” or some far out or
weird thinking, or follow any particular leader, nor continue to blame others
for their present situation. It is searching for our own self-worth and
connection with the Universal Energy in Oneness. The more we connect with
that energy, the more we can find balance and use that energy toward healing
individuals and the planet. It is achieving a place where we can look at one
another and see ourselves as one energy - disregarding race, color, religion,
limited beliefs, et al. It is no easy task to look at those who dedicate
their lives to destroying others, whether with a bomb or stripping us of our
opportunities to live a productive life and to LOVE them. This web of life is
most confusing. There are many ways to kill the human spirit and it seems that
rivals of good and evil are still one in the same. Do bombs and killings
really resolve anything? Is it right for little children to be indoctrinated
with hate and commitment to sacrifice themselves? Is it right to dedicate
billions of dollars toward destruction? Who has the right to judge? What can
an individual do regarding politics, horrendous waste, negative
indoctrinations, etc.? NOTHING, it seems! Just think! If each individual
around the world would take personal responsibility to clear their own
self/soul whatever name it is given - if each focused on learning to create
unconditional love in their lives, what kind of world would we have then?
